Return & Exchanges

1. Returns & Refunds  

Defective Items:

* Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

* Clear photos/videos should be shared via WhatsApp at +92 339 003 4813.

* Returned items must meet eligibility (tags, unused condition). 

Wrong/Incorrect or Missing Items:

* Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with order details and proof. 

Refund Method:

* Refund are not issued in cash.

* Customers receive a store credit (Voucher code), redeemable on the Wembley.

2. Exchanges

* Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed once per order and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

* Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.

* Process: Customers are responsible for sending the item back to the address provided by Wembley.

* Non-Exchangeable: Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
